- Do I have to pay to start?
- No. Five posts a calendar month are free, with every machine surface and the tracking dashboard included. The wallet only applies past five.
- What does the $1 cover?
- One published post with JSON-LD, a Markdown variant, RSS, a JSON API entry, and inclusion in llms.txt, plus weekly citation and mention tracking on that post. It stays live and tracked. There is no recurring charge.
- Does promotion guarantee a citation?
- No. Promotion buys 48 hours of featured placement and earlier crawls. It widens the surface that can earn a citation. Nobody can guarantee what an AI model will say.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes. Wallet top-ups are refundable with a $2 processing fee. Your balance never expires either way. Email hello@markwright.app.
- When do the free five reset?
- On the first of each calendar month. A slot is used when a post is first published. Editing a post you already published is free and never uses another slot.
- What happens if I delete a post?
- It leaves the public feed and every machine surface immediately, and crawled URLs resolve to a clean 404. Deleting does not return the free slot it used, and it does not refund the $1 if you paid one.
- What do you take from my LinkedIn account?
- Your name, email address and profile picture, through LinkedIn’s standard sign-in. That is all we ask for and all we get. We never post on your behalf, never read your feed, and never contact your connections.
- Who owns what I write?
- You do. You keep full copyright. You grant us permission to publish your posts and serve them to readers and AI crawlers while your account is open. Delete a post or your account and that permission ends.
- How do I close my account?
- From settings, with a type-to-confirm step. Your posts leave every public surface immediately. Your account and its data are held for 30 days so you can change your mind, then permanently deleted.
- Do prices include tax?
- Prices are in USD and exclude tax. Any tax that applies in your country is calculated by Stripe at checkout and shown before you pay.
