Terms of Service

1. Account

You must be a real person with a verifiable LinkedIn profile. Accounts that cannot be attributed to a real identity will be removed. You sign in with LinkedIn, which shares your name, email address and profile picture with us. We never post on your behalf and never contact your connections.

2. Content

You retain copyright in everything you publish. You grant Markwright a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display and distribute your content through the platform, including through machine-readable endpoints intended for AI crawlers. That license exists so we can serve your work to readers and machines, and it ends when you delete the post or your account.

Publishing on Markwright means your posts are deliberately made available to AI crawlers and answer engines. That is the point of the product. We cannot control what any third-party model does with content it has fetched, and we cannot guarantee attribution, citation or removal from any model that has already trained on or cached it.

3. Quality

Markwright is a publishing house, not a social feed. AI-written filler, plagiarized material, and thin content will be removed. Repeat violations result in account suspension. If you believe something published here infringes your rights or breaks these terms, email us and we will review it.

4. Payments

Five posts per calendar month are free. Publishing past that costs $1 per post from your prepaid wallet, and promoting a post costs $15. Editing a post you have already published is free. Deleting a post does not return the free slot it used or refund a fee already paid. There are no subscriptions and your balance never expires.

Prices are in USD and exclude tax. Any applicable tax is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. Wallet top-ups are refundable on request minus a $2 processing fee. If you are a consumer in the EU, this does not affect your statutory rights, including the 14-day right of withdrawal on unused credit.

5. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your settings. When you do, your posts are removed from the public feed and from every machine surface immediately, and their URLs return a 404. Your account and its data are then retained for thirty days so that you can restore it if you change your mind, after which everything is permanently deleted. We may suspend accounts for violations of these terms.

6. Liability

Markwright is provided as-is. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we do not warrant uninterrupted service, and nothing here guarantees that any AI engine will cite or mention you. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Fidget Labs BV is the operating entity.
